Terms of service
The agreement between you and us. Short, because the product is narrow: we read configuration, we produce a report, and we never change anything in your org.
Last updated 2 August 2026
Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and Xosmic Inc., 50 Harpreet Circle, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. Questions about them go to hello@cpqcompass.com.
The service
CPQ Compass analyses Salesforce CPQ configuration and produces a migration readiness report. It is a diagnostic tool. It does not perform a migration, and it does not modify your Salesforce org.
Your authority to connect
By connecting an org you confirm you are authorised to grant read access to it. If you are a consultancy connecting a client's org, you confirm you have their permission to do so.
What the report is, and is not
The report is an automated assessment based on configuration metadata available through the Salesforce API at the time of the scan. It is not professional advice, and it is not a guarantee that a migration will succeed or that we have identified every problem.
Effort figures are ordinal ratings for ranking work against work, not estimates in days. Complexity scores depend on thresholds that we adjust over time, so two reports are only comparable when produced by the same scanner version.
Decisions about your migration remain yours. Verify pricing outputs against your existing system before any cutover.
Payment
The report summary is free. Unlocking a full report is a one-time payment for that report. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — access continues to the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access orgs you are not authorised to access, resell the service as your own, or use it to gain unauthorised access to anyone's Salesforce data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scans depend on the Salesforce API and on your org's available API allocation, neither of which we control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or the cost of a migration.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
Nothing here removes consumer rights you have under the law of the country you live in where those rights cannot be waived by agreement.
