Refunds

Every scan produces a free summary — the complexity score, the full inventory and your top blockers — before any payment. You can also read a complete example report without connecting anything. Between them you should know whether the paid detail is worth it.

Unlocking a report delivers the entire product immediately: every finding with its reasoning, and PDF, CSV, JSON and Jira exports. Because it is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, unlocks are generally non-refundable.

We will refund in full if the scan produced a result that was wrong because of a defect in our product, if you were charged more than once for the same report, or if you were charged in error. Ask us within 14 days and we will not argue about it.

Cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, but if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and have not run a scan, we will refund that payment in full.

Consumer protection law in your country may give you rights beyond this policy, including a cooling-off period for digital purchases. Nothing here removes those rights.

Email support@cpqcompass.com with the organisation name and roughly when you bought it. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
